Recent work

My work is very diverse in nature. One day I could be at my desk raising procurements for suppliers, while the next day I could be dressed in a bee suit taking photographs of jars of honey in a beehive in the middle of the Burren. I have been extremely fortunate to have had such wonderful opportunities to grow and learn as a professional. I have worked with incredible people and teams and have built up a strong assortment of skills along the way. I hope that the projects you are about to see can accurately convey the appreciation and pride that I have for my work experiences.

Seán is a valued team member of Visit Clare, the Geopark, the Clare Green team and Clare County Council. He has made significant contributions to a number of key Clare tourism projects such as the UNESCO Global Geopark re-validation, the re-development of the VisitClare.ie website, the Geopark Code of Practice for Sustainable Tourism and the Geopark communication strategy. He has a great knowledge of technology and digital transformation and we have been lucky to have him working with us.

About Me

My career in marketing and communications has given me endless opportunities to put my learnings, passions and interests into practice. I have implemented technologies, built website features, designed branded assets, and devised digital strategies. I have grown skills, confidence and connections, more than I ever thought possible and I am very grateful.

And while I am extremely passionate about my career in marketing and communications, especially when it relates to technology and tourism, I have many other strings to my bow (or in my case bass).
